Returns, Refund & Replacement policy

Returns 

As part of our company policy, we can only accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Item arrived Damaged 
  • Incorrect item received

Should you receive the goods damaged or incorrectly, please provide photographic evidence to listthegifts@hotmail.com. For quicker process, please state your Order number and either (Item arrived Damaged / Incorrect item received) on the subject of your email. Please also state whether you wish a refund or replacement on the body of the email.

Refund

Refund will be processed once the item has been received back in our office. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to be processed.

 Replacement

Replacement will only be processed on the item has been received back in our office. Replacement is normally sent out within 24-48 hours.
